We offer useful and desirable pieces as we get them. Unless otherwise noted, we have only one of each item. The exception is the original art which can be manufactured to your order, however, each will differ slightly. Each piece is sold "as is." Our grading of condition is only a guide. You judge each piece for yourself. While we try to be as honest and straightforward as possible in our descriptions, they are only guides and not warranties.

INSPECTION: We invite buyers to phone or email for an appointment to inspect any item. We will reserve a piece for a 10% deposit.

PAYMENT: Payment in full at the time of sale by check, cash or money order is required. We will invoice to established credit accounts for a 2% of the gross amount of the invoice surcharge, payable within 10 days of the invoice date.
DELIVERY: Each buyer is responsible to pick up his/her purchases or to arrange for shipment. We will deliver in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area (12 miles) by our truck for a flat fee of $& per order. We will s hip by UPS or common carrier for the cost of the packaging and shipping plus 10% for our labor.

• This original handcast block is a decorative item which will enhance your home. Each is original and will vary slightly. Various styles are available.
  

  The garden block is thick and can be used to line the walkway, rest amid your plants or buried in the ground. They can be used to hold candles or as a planter on your patio. When used a a memorial block to a loved one, they can have the name of person pressed into the back of the block or can be manufactured with the handprint of your child pressed into the block. Please contact me for special orders. Very durable but are designed to age with the times and as they deteriorate, nutrients will be put back into the soil. Prices start at $25.00
