on a first come, first served basis! We offer a few historical, old, rare and useful
items for restoring your old home/building. Unless
otherwise noted, we have only one of each item. We
have other unadvertised specials, please email. Each
piece is sold "as is." Our grading of condition
is only a guide. You judge each piece for yourself. While
we strive to be as honest and straightforward as possible
in our descriptions, they are only guides and not
warranties.
All items are
guaranteed genuine; not copies, reproductions or fakes.
Some prices are negotiable. We have a steady supply of
sought-after items, what do you need?
INSPECTION: We invite buyers to phone or email for appointment to inspect any item. We will
reserve a piece for 10% deposit.
PAYMENT: Payment in full at the time of sale by
cash, check, or money order is required. We will invoice
established credit accounts for a 2% of the gross amount
of the invoice surcharge. Invoices are payable within ten
days of the invoice date.
DELIVERY: Each buyer is responsible to pick up
his/her purchases or to arrange for shipment. We will
deliver in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area (12 miles)
by our truck for a flat fee of $9. per order. We will
ship by UPS, US Mail or common carrier for the cost of
the packaging and shipping plus 10% for our labor.
Our Inventory For
This Month
- A/1 Terra cotta roof tiles.
400+ available. Each measures 15 long by 9 inches
wide. They are in very good shape. $1.50 a piece.
- A/2 Iron Window Guards.
There are seven window guards available. Each is
antique iron. There are 2 which are decorative
(pictured) 35 x 29; 1 nondecorative 37 x 37; 1
nondecorative 44 x 63; 1 nondecorative 28 x 61;
and 2 nondecorative 34 x 61. The nondecorative
pieces lack the circles found at the bottom of
the decorative ones. Very good condition. The
decorative pieces sell for $85 each and the
nondecorative pieces sell for $65 each.
